1.7 Million SF Longwood Area Redevelopment Under Official Review
Plans are under review for a 1.7 million SF redevelopment of the Simmons University dorm campus in Boston's Longwood neighborhood. Named "Longwood Place", the project will create 4 new buildings featuring 1.5M SF of lab space, 200 units across 175,000 SF of residential space, 47,000 SF of ground-floor retail, and 12,000 SF of community/civic space.
