100K SF Redevelopment Approved for Providence Factory
has won approval for a 100,000 SF outfit redevelopment of 50 Sims Avenue in Providence. Plans call for creative retail and light industrial space.
A historic, 2-story industrial building located off Harris and Kinsley Avenue in Providence's Valley neighborhood, 50 Sims Avenue features nearly 110,000 SF of floorspace and is currently tenanted by two brewery operations.
