$10M Electrical Permit Pulled for Parcel 12 Office Tower
With lane closures now in effect along the MassPike, early-stage construction continues for the Parcel 12 mixed-use project. Electrical and fire alarm permits have been pulled for the 20-story office tower and retail podium. The electrical permit, valued at $10,517,000.00 includes power for the office tower, 2 levels of underground parking along with the podium. It also includes site power for the street lighting and the bus shelter on Mass Ave. The office building is set to include 325,000 square feet with CarGurus leasing around 275,000 square feet. The development will also include a citizenM hotel plus around 70,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space in the podium.
