11-Unit Approved in Brentwood
An 11-unit development in DC's Brentwood neighborhood has been approved.
The plans to demolish the existing single-family home, and construct a three-story-with-penthouse, will deliver a mix of one- and two-bedroom units.
The new development will join a number of other missing middle projects in the works around the city, which aim to add more variety in neighborhood dwelling structures.
