$12.5M in Financing Secured for Somerville Condo Conversion
SMT Development has secured $12,550,000 in financing through Centreville Bank for the development of 125 Lowell Street in Somerville. A building permit was also issued to begin work on the conversion of the former medical office building into 20 luxury condos. The unit mix will include 7 1-bedroom units, 7 2-bedroom units, and 6 3-bedroom units.
