13 Acre Mixed-Use Project Planned in Coral Springs, Fl
Developers are planning to bring a 12.8-acre mixed-use venture to the Coral Springs area in Broward County, Fl. The project is called City Village and will take up two blocks stretching west from University Drive to Coral Hills Drive. Plans will include 10 buildings that will include retail shops, a grocery store, apartments, garages, and a roundabout being built in phases. The first phase is scheduled to bring four apartment and retail buildings to the development.
The start of construction has yet to be determined.
