Bound by Union Street, 4th Avenue, and Sackett Street, the project site spans square feet and was previously occupied by a Speedway gas station.

Designed by , the new building stands feet tall and totals square feet. Back in May, the team secured a $110 million loan to finance the project. Issued by Affinius Capital, this influx of capital is being used to fund all construction costs from the ground up. Work is scheduled to complete by January of 2025.
