13-Story Residential Tower Planned in SW Waterfront
WC Smith has submitted a design review application for One K Street SW. The proposed 13-story residential building is set to include 352 residential units with 179 parking spaces. The Class-A multifamily building would share the square with the existing Capitol Skyline Hotel. The penthouse level of the building would include outdoor terraces, exterior lounge areas, and amenity spaces. The western portion of the roof will also have a dog park and play area. The upper penthouse level will have a swimming pool for residents and an outdoor pool deck.
