131-Unit Providence Project Approved for Development
A Philadelphia-based property developer won approval for a two-phase development for Parcel 9 in Providence's Fox Point neighborhood. Plans call for a twin-building development featuring 131 residential units and 150,000 SF of multifamily space. The development will also feature 1,200 SF of ground-floor retail space.
