$140M High-Rise Mixed-Use Building Planned For Jacksonville
Located along the St. Johns River at 330 E Bay St, The Hardwick at Ford on Bay will bring 350+ residential units as well as retail space on the ground floor. The luxury high-rise building will offer 19-20 stories and will provide easy access to a marina with at least five boating slips. The DIA Review Committee ranked The Hardwick at Ford on Bay as the top choice of six presented to the committee for the former courthouse site on Bay Street in Downtown Jacksonville. The project is scheduled to start construction in 2024 and finish by 2026. Stay tuned for more details on this project.
