150 Mill Street Proposal Enters Public Review

Next week, the Community Board will begin to review an application for a 10-story, commercial development, proposed at 150 Mill Street in Brooklyn's Red Hook neighborhood. Marking the start of the public review process, this major milestone comes nearly two and a half years after the applicant, 150 Mill Street LLC, first submitted requests to rezone both the project site and multiple neighboring lots. The application seeks to increase bulk restrictions, which would allow for larger buildings to be constructed within the district.

Developed by , the building in question would contain  square feet of office space, as well as square feet of ground-floor retail. Plans also call for 15,144 square feet of community facility area, which would be used for ambulatory diagnostics.

Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. The project site itself is a paved lot, and no demolition would be necessary.
