150 Unit Approved Apartment Complex in Bloomfield, CT Secures $30.4 Million Construction Loan
This development is known as Tellus 2.0 and is part of Hartford-based developer Paul Bulter's master 407 unit plan to revitalize Bloomfield's town center. The 150-unit complex at 25 Jerome Ave will have market-rate apartments in mostly one and two-bedroom configurations with a few studios and three bedrooms. It will also offer 214 parking units and a variety of amenities like a pool, a fitness center with a yoga space, and a dog washing station.
The town has approved the project and is ready to commence construction. To finance the work, the team behind the project has secured a $30.4 million loan and $9.1 million in CPACE financing.
