$150M West Palm Beach Mixed-Use Development, NORA Could Possibly Start Construction Soon
A mixed-use development is coming to the West Palm Beach neighborhood. The NORA will be located at N Railroad avenue and is bordered by Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard to the north, Quadrille Boulevard to the south, North Dixie Highway to the east, and the Florida East Coast (F.E.C.) Railway to the west. The project will sit on 72 parcels and will be completed in phases. Phase I includes 150,000 square feet of adaptive reuse and new development and will be home to best-in-class hospitality, retail, and wellness. Phase II is actively being planned and will feature a significant hotel, office, and residential development. The Nora is expected to be built by spring 2024. Stay tuned for one of the biggest projects in the town’s recent history.
