$15M Permit Pulled for Maverick Street Project in East Boston
A permit valued at $15,628,506 has been pulled to kick off construction for the Grace Apartments in East Boston. The project, which was approved by the BPDA in January 2019, will feature the renovation of the existing building on the site which includes 17 elderly/disabled subsidized units plus the construction of a new 7-story building to offer 42 affordable residential units.
