17-Story Rental Project Tops Out in Crown Heights

Subcontractor, RC Structures, has topped out the concrete superstructure at 54 Crown Street; a 17-story, residential project, going up in Brooklyn's Crown Heights neighborhood.

square foot building is set to contain
pro-btn
rental apartments and
pro-btn
square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Plans also call for 1,325 square feet of community facility space, and a large, enclosed parking garage, with enough room for

pro-btn
vehicles. Back in August, the team secured a $233 million construction loan for the project. The loan was issued by Urban Investment Group, a real estate and community development lending division of Goldman Sachs.
