18-Story Mixed-Use Set for East Harlem Corner Site

An 18-story, mixed-use development, will soon rise on a corner site at 2005 3rd Avenue in Manhattan's East Harlem neighborhood. Developed and constructed in-house by , the building is set to contain residential units, with square feet of commercial space, located on the ground floor.

Plans also call for 9,858 square feet of community facility space, and multiple tenant amenities, including a fitness center, work-from-home spaces, lounge areas, a dedicated recreation room, and a children's playroom. The building will also boast several outdoor spaces including a roof garden, a rooftop deck with a BBQ station, and landscaped terraces.

Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet altogether.

An existing 1-story building has already been demolished in order to make way for the new development, and a second, neighboring structure, will be coming down as well. The entire project is expected to take until the Fall of 2024.
