180 Unit East Boston Development Under Official Review
The BPDA is officially reviewing plans for a 180-unit development in East Boston. Redgate has submitted a PNF for 355 Bennington Street detailing a new 158,950 SF mixed-use, multifamily building featuring 7,057 SF of retail space. The proposed project consists of the demolition of the existing structure.
