21 Live/Work Units Proposed in Dorchester
Plans are under review for a 4-story live/work condo project at 0 Hillsboro Street in Dorchester. The project would include 21 affordable residences all affordable to households earning under 80% of AMI (11 units) and 100% of AMI (10 units). A preference for Boston-Certified Artists will apply to 18 of the units. This building will be designed and constructed in accordance with Passive House (US PHIUS) standards.
