219K SF Lab Building for Seaport Parcels O and P Now Under Official Review

Marcus Partners has filed a project notification form for parcels O and P in the Raymond L. Flynn Marine Park in the Seaport. Plans call for the construction of a new 219,000 SF lab/life science building and reuse of an existing 9,000 SF structure on  93,661 SF of land. In addition, biotechnology company Ginkgo Bioworks has signed a lease for 150,000 SF of space as the anchor tenant.

The building will reach a height of 151 feet and feature 96 parking spaces.
