22-Story Tower Approved in Charlestown
Plans have been approved for One Mystic, a 22-story mixed-use tower that will revitalize a formerly industrial area in Sullivan Square. The development will include 503 residential units with 100 designated affordable along with ground-floor retail and restaurant space. The building is also set to offer a dedicated wing to house formerly homeless veterans. Designed to meet Passive House standards as an all-electric building the development will be one of the largest Zero Net Carbon buildings in Boston when complete.
