$23M Apartment Conversion Has Broken Ground
Construction is underway for a $23 million apartment, 6-acre conversion for Cool Lane Commons. The project was once home to the former Seven Hills Health Care Center and will now be the new low-income housing apartment complex. The structure has plans for 86 apartment units with one-bedroom and studio options. It will offer amenities such as community office space, a kitchen, a resident computer lab, and phone room, a fitness room and laundry facilities. The project is scheduled to be complete by fall 2024.
