23-Story Apartment Building in Miami Approved
Plans for a new 23-story apartment building in Miami’s Sweetwater neighborhood that will offer 170 apartments have been approved. Tech Tower will include 34 residences (20%) designated as workforce housing. Community amenities will include a rooftop pool deck and club room. Plans also include 4,202 square feet of retail space. The 1.15-acre site is just north of Florida International University, the residency will not be limited to students.
