230+ Units Planned for Final Site at Market Terminal
Plans are under review for the final piece of the Market Terminal development in Union Market. The development team has filed an application to modify the first- and second-stage PUDs for the site to convert Building C2 back to its originally-approved use as a residential building with ground-floor retail. Plans call for 232 residential units, approximately 5,645 square feet devoted to retail use, and approximately 95 on-site parking spaces. The project also features ground floor and rooftop amenity space including a pool and maker space.
