237-Unit Apartment Project Coming to Arverne
A 12-story residential building will soon be constructed at 141 Beach 67th Street, just across the road from the ocean in Arverne, Queens.
Jointly developed by The Benjamin Companies and Beechwood Homes, it will constitute the 2nd phase of the 4-building, Arverne By The Sea complex. The structure will contain market-rate apartments. Plans also call for ground-floor retail space, and an open parking lot, with enough room for vehicles. On the subject of tenant amenities, details are slim, but we do know that the building will feature an outdoor pool deck.
Designed by , 141 Beach 67th Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. A construction timeline is unclear at this time, although is believed to be the general contractor for the project.
