All women-led Team from Consigli Continues $24M Renovation
Framing was completed on the ground and first floor in March while April saw the drywall installed with rooms defined. This year-long project by Consigli is a $24 million renovation of 74,000 sq feet of the YWCA. The renovation is being led by an all-women management team from Consigli.
Other updates from April include
- Underground Storage Tank and backfill near the pool garden was been removed with no leakage and the hole was refilled.
- In-wall plumbing inspections on first floor were completed
- Drywall installed and rooms defined
- Demo of mechanical room and removal of old boilers completed
