$24M Construction Loan Issued to Approved Billerica Retail Project
has secured a construction loan from Middlesex Savings Bank for $24,357,266, kicking off the construction project at 480 Boston Road. Now under construction, plans call for a brand new 43,000 square-foot national supermarket replacing a former 84,000 square foot Kmart.
