273 Proposed Residential Units Approved by BPDA for Readville
Boston Planning approved a redevelopment program of 119,034 SF in Readville consisting of the construction of approximately 273 residential units in two buildings providing a mix of rental and homeownership, with accessory garage parking for 200 vehicles.
1717 Hyde Park Avenue is located next to the Readville transit station on the MBTA Fairmount Line with direct service to downtown Boston.
