2nd Phase of Miami Waterline Tops Off
Mast Capital has topped off on the second phase of Miami Waterline. The first phase of the project began construction in December of 2018 and was delivered in late 2020.
"Garage Tops-out Monday 8/1/22! Focus now moves to residential areas where we begin framing in a couple of weeks…Let’s Go!!" announced Miguel A. Guiardinu, Senior Project Manager for the general contractor Kaufman Lynn Construction.
Miami Waterline Phase II will rise 8-stories and will include 342 residential units, along with amenities such as a fitness center, a park, a dog park, a tech hub and flex office spaces for remote working residents, conference rooms, a pet spa, and a bike room.
