3 Building Mixed-Use Project Under Review in South Boston
Lincoln Property Company has filed plans to redevelop the Massachusetts Bay Credit Union site at 147 West 4th Street in South Boston. The development would include a new headquarters for MBCU on the corner of A Street and West Fifth Street. The project also includes an 8-story, 113,000-square-foot office/lab building in place of today’s MBCU headquarters. Finally, a 13-story residential building is planned at the corner of West Fourth Street and A Street. The residential building will include 103 units with 2,500 sf of ground-level retail/services/restaurant space.
