30+ Affordable Units Planned for Eastern Branch Boys & Girls Club Site
Morningstar Community Development has submitted plans for the redevelopment of the former Eastern Branch Boys & Girls Club property. The existing building, constructed in 1938 has long been vacant and is in poor condition. Plans now call for renovation to create 34 affordable residential units.
