30-Story Mixed-Income Miami Development Proposed
Two 30-story towers have been proposed by the Related Urban Development Group. The Miami-Dade County Commision will review the application on September 1st. The developer hopes to lease the property from the county for 75 years.
The project, named The Gallery at Lummus Parc, would yield 496 residential units, 40% of which would have income restrictions. The estimated cost of the project would be $151.7 million.
