300+ Units Approved for Dorchester Ave. Site in South Boston
Two multifamily buildings have been approved at 495 Dorchester Avenue as part of the On the Dot Project. Plans call for a 16-story building to include 237 units along with a 7-story senior living building with 94 affordable residences. Core Investments won approval for the Master Plan for the 11-building project this past October. At full build out the project would include over 1,400 residential units along with office, life science, retail, restaurant, and community uses.
