$30M Assisted Living Project Being Planned in Davie, Fl
Developers are planning an assisted living community that will feature a four-story facility with 274 beds spread across 185 residential units. Plans also include a three-story medical office building and amenities like an event lawn, swimming pool, fitness center, art studio, café, salon, and more. The project will bring more than 40,000 square feet of new construction.
Construction hopes to start in July 2023.
