$30M Electrical Permit Pulled for Alexandria Office Project
An electrical permit valued at $30M has been pulled for the upcoming Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority office building at 2395 Mill Road. The new building will feature around 400K square feet of space in a 14 story tower. The building is planned to be constructed to LEED Platinum design standards and is expected to deliver in mid- to late-2022.
