$32M Permit Pulled for Renovation of Beacon Building as Part of Kenmore North
Related Beal has pulled a permit valued at $32,843,000 for renovations to the Beacon Building as part of the Kenmore North Development. The work includes renovations to the existing 6 stories plus a 7th story addition. Along with the new construction on the neighboring site, the project will include around 280,500 square feet of office and retail space and approximately 60 parking spaces.
