35 South Huntington Avenue in Mission Hill nears weather tightening
35 South Huntington Avenue, a new apartment and retail building in Mission Hill, is nearly fully weather tight, with windows and moisture-resistant cladding installed along over half of the topped-off building’s facade. Exterior facade finishes will soon be installed, and plastering of interior units will soon commence. 35 South Huntington Avenue will feature 38 residential units and 7,080 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The development is located near the Longwood Medical Area and next to Riverway Station on the MBTA Green Line. The following are photographs of 35 South Huntington Avenue:
