$378M Earmarked for Northeastern EXP Research Hub
MassDevelopment and Northeastern University have secured a bond valued at $378,510,000 for EXP in Roxbury. The funds will be used to equip the building with research equipment to build out laboratories, makerspaces, and robotics space.
Currently under construction, the new square foot state-of-the-art research center will enhance Northeastern’s commitment to creating a globally networked ecosystem for research, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Construction is scheduled to be completed in 2023.
