380 Unit Project Coming to Jersey City
A 14-story, residential development, will soon be constructed at 597 Marin Boulevard in Jersey City. Software technology company, VisionStream LLC, recently announced that it will be partnering with development firm, Sora Ventures, on the project. The initiative will completely redevelop a lot, which is currently occupied by an Exxon gas station.
The new building will contain rental apartments and square feet of commercial space. This would likely come in the form of ground-floor retail. The structure will total square feet and cost approximately $120 million to build. While the development is still in the planning stages, construction could start as early as 5-months from now.
