$38M Building Permit Pulled for Brighton Mixed-Use Project
Callahan Construction has pulled a building permit valued at $38M to begin work on the mixed-use project approved for 5 Washington Street in Brighton. An existing commercial office building and gas station will be demolished to make way for a 5-story building to include around 108 apartments and 12,5000 square feet of retail space.
