400 Unit Project Approved in Arlington
The Arlington County Board has approved the special exception use permit for the Merion Companies redevelopment of the Greenbrier Apartments. Phase 1 of the project calls for demo of 90 units across 14 buildings and the construction of a new 400 unit, 6-story building. The remainder of the existing apartments would be redeveloped in a future 2nd phase of the project.
