400+ Unit Project Planned to Replace Silver Spring Hotel
NRP Group is planning a mixed-use project to replace the Days Inn/Travelodge in Silver Spring. Plans call for a new garage next to the existing garage on the site with a 13-story building wrapping the garage plus a smaller wood-frame building on the west side of the site. The project would include 415 units total and 9,500 square feet of retail space.
