$400M Mixed-Use Development Proposed in Sunrise, FL
Developers have revealed plans to build a 32-acre mixed-use community called Radius at Sawgrass, on the lot at W Sunrise Blvd and Sawgrass Corporate Pkwy in Sunrise, FL. The project will feature 750,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of commercial space, and 750 residential units. More than 150,000 people drive past Radius at Sawgrass’s future location each day. The plans are currently still under review with the City of Sunrise Development Review Committee but developers hope to start construction by March 2024. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
