417-Unit Townhome And Villa Community Proposed In Miami Dade County

Plans have been filed for residential development located on one vacant parcel generally bound by Southwest 336th Street on the north, Southwest 194th Avenue on the east, Southwest 340th Street on the south, and Southwest 197th Avenue on the west. The development will span 1.6-million-square-feet across a 40-acre vacant lot and will bring 417 residential units comprising 223 townhomes and 194 villa residences across 36 buildings, 11,863 square feet of amenity space, and 946 parking spaces to the neighborhood. 

The property is currently zoned EU-M, Modified Single Family Estate District. The applicant requests a District Boundary Change to RU-3M with RU-TH uses to develop the property according to plan. The townhomes shall be designed per RU-TH standards and comply with parking, common open space, grouping length, lot area, private patio area, and all setback requirements.
