46 condominiums proposed steps from Boston Landing in Brighton
Hichborn Partners LLC proposes to construct 46 new condominiums at 46 Hichborn Street in Brighton, steps from the Boston Landing mixed-use development and commuter rail station. Residences would include 6 studios, 7 one-bedrooms, 7 one-bedroom-pluses, 22 two-bedrooms, 3 two-bedroom-pluses and 1 three-bedroom. The building would feature a large common roof deck with a rooftop pool, as well as 13 private roof decks. Additional amenities would include a yoga and fitness room, a community room and a gym. The proponent expects to start construction of the proposed building in Spring 2018 and has filed plans with the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA), who is now reviewing the project. Completion of 46 Hichborn Street is expected in Fall 2019.
