46 Unit Project Under Review in JP
A 46-unit residential project proposed for 35 Brookley Road in Jamaica Plain is now under review. Plans call for a new, four-story residential building to include a mix of studios through 2 bedrooms plus 3 Artist/Live Work units. At-grade parking for 21 vehicles is also included along with 52 on-site bicycle storage spaces.
