5-Story Mixed-Use Project Nears Completion in Pelham
Developer and general contractor, , has almost finished constructing a 5-story, mixed-use development, at 139 Fifth Avenue in Pelham, New York.
Floors 2-5 of the building are set to contain rental apartments, available in one and two-bedroom configurations. Sitting just below that, the ground floor will offer square feet of retail space. Tenant amenities are to include a roof deck, a fitness center, and a dog washing station. Plans also call for a rear parking lot, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure has been engineered to achieve Net Zero Energy standards. It will therefore have increased exterior insulation, triple-paned windows, energy recovery ventilation, and on-site photovoltaics. Construction began back in June of 2021, and work is expected to complete at the start of 2023.
