50 Unit Proposed on H Street
A five-level residential development has been proposed at 1365-1375 H St. Preliminary plans for a new 50-unit residential project, with approximately 20% of the units would be inclusionary zoning. The building features and a large cellar space would be created for bike storage.
The retailers currently located at the retail spaces, Atlas Doghouse, Physicality and CrossFit, have expressed interest in leasing space at the new development.
The application states plans to preserve much of the neighborhood-contributing structures. For example, 1365 H Street N, a former Studebaker showroom, will be almost untouched.
