$500M+ Life Science Development Approved for Construction at Suffolk Downs
HYM Investments were granted final approval to begin construction on a life science development at Suffolk Downs in Revere. The 6-story building, to be built on parcels R-10 and R-11, will feature 179,715 SF of research space. The change in plans from residential to life science was first proposed in June.
The massive Suffolk Downs project won approval in Boston and Revere and will feature 10.52 million SF, more than doubling the residential development pipeline for the cities.
