$6.3M Permit Pulled for Fit-Out of Veteran Affairs Office At Lafayette City Center
Columbia Construction has pulled a permit valued at $6.3M for the fit-out of the US Department of Veteran Affairs office on the 1st floor of the Lafayette City Center. The project includes minor demo along with framing/drywall, new glass & glazing, and finishes. MEPs, fire alarms, plumbing, and sprinkler systems will also be updated and or relocate for the new layout of the space.
