60-Unit Development Under Official Review in Somerville
ZRE Development has proposed a passive housing project in Somerville near Union Square. The development would include 59-60 housing units across 5 stories and 51,444 SF of space with an additional 6,154 SF of space for 15 underground parking spaces and a utility basement. 11 units will be preserved as affordable.
